Shipping Detail:

1- Sample will be shipped within 2-3 working days after a cleared payment. OEM/ODM order within 20-35 days.
2- We send goods via DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT/Postal parcel, also can send to your forwarder if you have.
3- Due to the import duties, taxes are not included in the goods price and shipping charges, they should be borne by buyers and buyers are responsible for any destination customs problem.
4- Please consult your country's customs office to see if any additional costs you need to bear before bidding/buying.
5- Import tax is out of control, if you have a special request from us to declare lower value to minimize the import tax you need to pay, please inform us the details upon your payment, we will do as per your instruction. 

Warranty & Return:
1- The warranty is ONE YEAR from the date of payment. All merchandises are in good quality and condition under strict examination before shipping.
2- If it is not man-made damage, we can repair it for free. The returning shipping fee should be borne by customer.

Q1. When can I get the price?
A:We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority. 
Q2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A:After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample, as long as you afford the express freight.
Q3. How long can I expect to get the sample?
A:After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
Q4. How long does the whole procedure being worked out?
A:After you place a order,the production handling time is about 20-30 days. We need 10-15 days to prepare all the stuff then 10-15 days for manufacturing.
Q5.What about the transportation and delivery date?
A:Normally we use shipment to transprot the goods.It is about 20-35 days.It also denpends on which coutry and port you are.It could be shorter if you need to send the goods like Asian.If there are some emergencies we can send the goods via air express, as long as you afford the traffic expense.
